Providers Services Refund
Unless otherwise stipulated, Asia-Agreement does not offer refunds on payments we have collected to beneficiate the Service Providers’ assistance from Asia-Agreement.
However, for any reclamation, we invite you to contact Asia-Agreement’s customer service department for assistance by email at asia.agreement@gmail.com.
Documents Refund
Asia-Agreement does not offer payment refunds regarding the Documents that the User can download through our website.
Nevertheless, Asia-Agreement does offer the Documents replacement (excluding translation documents), FREE of charge if one or more sentences in the Documents contain counter meanings that do not allow the Documents to be used. Replacement applies only to faults in the Documents and not to customer faults.
